This should be intresting...
First I would like to Welcome you, my loyal followers to my very first blog here at WeesnottDesigns.com. ( Hi Mom! Love your dedication!)
Yes, my Mom is my most ardent of supporters. It has really come in handy that we are bound by the laws of DNA.
So I have researched many O'Blog recently, looking for a guideline on how to write one. All of my selfless time sucking case studies have pointed to one logical conclusion. Apparently I should just write whats going on in my mind and with Weesnott Designs.
So this is what I am to do, I hope to give you peaks into my creative process, share with you all the exciting ( and not so exciting ) news on Weesnott Designs and generally let my mind and mouth run rampant.
Oh ye of courage...that was my last warning!

Shall we?

We shall.

Coffee ( heretofore shall be known as the Elixir of Life) at the ready, let see what we get.

Lets start with the obvious. My name is Jess. I am the Jewelry Designer here at Weesnott Designs. I take my passion for rocks, sparklies, tools ( Blow torch!! Did I mention Blow torch yet?) and create hand crafted wearable works of art. I draw my inspiration from the natural elements that surround me, friends, family and my soul punishing need to create pieces that are cherished and passed down through time.

I am also dyslexic, which is neither here nor there but it may explain my spelling and my ability to make up new words. I think will get its very own blog post.

I design from an organic stand point. If you can find it in nature, then I am sure to use it. I rarely use man made materials but have been known to dabble in some to complete and complement an integral design aspect.
I am partial to silver, luscious colours and tactile design elements.

I like long walks on the beach and warm strong hands on a cold winters day and a Man who knows his place is doing the dishes if I cook...If he manages laundry as well...right, not a dating site.

So I thought I would open this up to you, my loyal readers ( heretofore to be known as "Minions") to send in questions you would like to see answered. Jewelry, Design, Life and how to survive a Zombie invasion are all viable candidates for an answer!

No Mom, I will not tell the story of how I was framed for "eating worms". Those are bogus charges and you know it!

Got a question? Send it to Designs@WeesnottDesigns.com
Please put "Questions for Jess" in the subject of your mail.  I will post a future blog with all the questions and answers at a later date.

Thanks for reading ( Bye Mom!)
